-------------------------------------------------------What happens if a 
Mac/T-bird user opens Outlook?
Is it consistent for a given user?  Meaning, if you look at their free/busy,
do you see the same thing as someone else that checks it?

What If you look from OWA?

And again, what if you create new users?
