From field in NDR

Hi All,
I have configured my Exchange 2000 server to send NDR's to a user on the
system. When she gets a NDR she can open it and choose send again to read
the incomming message. But she can't see the from field to see who sent
it, and therefore mail them with the correct email address.
If I log in as administrator and open her mailbox I can see the from
field.
I am sure its a permissions issue, but am a bit stuck.
