I think we need a little more information on exactly how you installed E2K3
into your environment, and precisely what steps you followed to move to your
new server.  Do you have the ADC in place?  Did you install it into an
existing Exchange 5.5 site?  Or did you use something like ADMT to migrate
into a new organization?

What WAS the old system running?


All of this plus a lot more would enable folks to give you a bit of a better
direction to look to solve your problem.

Oh, and there really isn¹t an ?Issue¹ with free/busy publishing in E2K3,
this sounds more like either a configuration or implementation challenge,
otherwise everyone who upgraded would be screaming about it.
