I see no errors in the log on server. He is using Outlook 2000 and I will
try the Outlook/cleanfreebusy.

Thanks,
Lorie

Lorie,
Did you try to open Outlook with "outlook /cleanfreebusy", try this. What
version of Outlook is the user running ? Did you see any errors in the
Application log of the Exchange server ?

Regards,

Raj

I have a user that is getting a message that says "unable to update
free\busy information". Does anyone know where I should look to
troubleshoot this issue? This is the first free\busy issue that I have had.
I just did a defrag this weekend and this particular user archived approx
500 mb on Friday (Don't know if this has anything to do with it). We are
running E2K SP2.

Thanks,
Lorie
