RE: Free/Busy info not viewable for some users

Try going to one of the users whos calendar is not being published.
Close outlook, go to start, run and type outlook.exe /cleanfreebusy.

I don't know how to update freebusy manually. It is my understanding
that freebusy is updated automatically at intervals set in Tools->
Options-> Calendar Options-> Free/Busy Options. These settings are set
at the default of publish 2 months and update every 15 minutes. The
users are all in the same organization, same server, same storage group.

What happens when you try to manually update freebusy in outlook?
Calendar, scheduling, options refresh free busy? Also are these users in
different sites?

Users can not see some users' free/busy information when scheduling
meetings. I have tried free/busy clean-up. Any ideas please?
