For Outlook 2003: Tools -> Options -> Calendar Options -> Free/Busy Options In ESM: Open "Folders". Right click on "public folders" and select "View System Folders". Expand "public folders" and then expand "SCHEDULE+ FREE BUSY". Right-click on the folder beneath it and select Properties. Click on the Replication tab. Change the "Public Folder Replication Interval". note that you'll need to make that change on all servers hosting the replicas. Doesn't do much good if they all don't replicate together.
