All,
My company uses "GENIFAX" as our incomming fax server. GENIFAX
has installed Forms for the use of viewing the incomming .TIF's (faxes).
You must define the Public Folder to use the appropriate form, then then
the form is in use.
All goes well except for one thing, the form does not view on
everyones machine, particularly many of the people in charge of
distributing the faxes on the public fax line. How can I make a public
folder use one of the standard forms again? I have deleted the folder
completely, recreated a new folder, and still the same thing.
