Scenario
======
 
Outlook 2000 Portuguese with no Service Pack.
W2k Professional Portuguese with Service pack 3
Only some users has this problem !
 
Problem
======
 
I've a Problem with Outlook Public folder.
 
Some users that has permission of OWNER on this folder cannot enable the option 
"Show this folder as an e-mail Address Book" that is located in
MYPUBLICFOLDER -> PROPERTIES -> OUTLOOK ADDRESS BOOK
 
This Option is disabled (not visible).
 
Question

How can I to Enable this option to my user ?
