If the Exchange clients' Outlook settings are set to the defaults
(view HTML), I don't believe the ESM settings you suggest will convert
inbound (from the Internet) emails from HTML to plain text. I just
tested this on Exchange & Outlook 2003, and I am believe that I am
right.
