Raj,

The users are set to use the standard default size within the properties of
the user under active directory. On the exchange the group and user are both
unset limits on the size of files.

It does come up as a MS Word error report if that helps?

Ken

Ken,

Have you checked the individual user level restrictions for this user object
? It sounds like the restriction is at user level rather than SMTP level.

Regards,

Raj

Subject: [exchangelist] File restrictions on 10+ Mb?

http://www.MSExchange.org/

Hello,

We have just installed a new 2003 Exchange Advanced server.

The problem being that we cannot send any attachments that are 10Mb or more.

I have looked at all of our settings and there appear to be no restrictions
on the size for the email being sent out.

The error reads:

Microsoft Word

The message being sent exceeds the message size established to this user.

Any suggestion?

Thanks

Ken
