Fault Tolerance With Blackberry Servers

Has anyone ever built out a fault tolerant Blackberry server implementation?
 
I've reviewed the documentation and have come across the option of sharing the 
database with up to two servers so that you could move users between servers in 
the event of a server failure.
 
I guess you could script the move of the user from one server to the other in 
the event of a hardware failure.
 
Any other ideas on this?
