FYI: Virus and spam storms today.

Sorry I have not posted this earlier, but I have been busy on the servers I
maintain.

There has been another virus storm today, MyDoom.O. This one is using zip
files, spaces in the file name, domain names in the file name and so forth.

Currently, I have banned all zip files on servers I maintain temporarily.

If you are operating an e-mail server, and are not using AV software or
other software to prevent/stop/ban malicious e-mails and virus infected
e-mails, YOU ARE PART OF THE PROBLEM.

There has also started a major spam storm this morning. It is quite possible
the 2 are related, meaning virus infected computers are sending out spam as
robots.
