If they are using DNS lookup and you don't have all the correct DNS
info, they will bounce you.

Do you have RDNS setup? What is the your email domain name?

I checked black lists and we are not there, when the messages bounce
back from these domains postmaster says:

"Could not deliver the message in the time limit specified. Please
retry or contact your administrator.
  <x.y.z.w #4.4.7> "

This only happens to specific domains (but important ones to the
company), email to other domains go out, and if I use my gmail I can
send to the domains that my exchange can't send to.

What could be the problem?

Sounds like you are black listed.

What is your domain you are sending from?

The email server is not sending emails to some domains, I can see them
in the retry status in the queue, if I send to the same recepient from
gmail it works fine so the recpient is ok, if I send from teh email
server to the other domains it works, but the ones in the queue the
system manager says "The connection was dropped by the remote host"
and the messages are in retry, is it my email server problem?
Event viewer says:
Message delivery to the remote domain 'mail.x.y.z' failed for the
following reason: The connection was dropped by the remote host.
