dear Man,
the Problem is still happen ,
what i did is in the First Time :-
while exchange is working and all the services are working , i choose connect &
Download and then select Schedule , and then change the Period of time to
become 30 minutes , instaed of 15 minutes and then while i was clicking Apply,
i found that its displaying the same error messgae and then i went to Services
and i found that the service is still ( Stoped ) and the status is Automatic .
when i was try to start the service , i found that it still give the same error
message .
the second solution is , i stop all the exchnage services , and all the user
become unable to send and unable to recive the messages from out side , and
then try to corrcet the time , but
still the Problem is here and i am unable at all , to receive any E-mails .
the Third solution :-
but i corrrect it with install the POP3 downloader from GFI and its working Now
Perfect , but its also trial version for 1 monthe.
when i try to depend on the POP3 connector for microsoft, i found that it gives
me the same error message, but when i enable the GFI POP3 downloader , i found
that its working and receving E-mails from out side .
what is the solution now, its Big Problem because i am depending on GFI & its
trial version.
Please help me to solve this Problem .
what i can do ? should i install the POP3 connector from the Exchange CD which
it came with Small business server 2000 ?
if this is good solution can you provide me with the steps to install it agian
, POP3 connector for Microsoft SBS2000.
Please Help ,

No, what John meant was that if the volume of email you receive is so large
then you should have planned better for an exchange solution or at least start
to rethink how you could do it better as to avoid these problems in the future.
You've got time so set the pop connector to a a higher time out value and try
and download the email and then set it back to the original limit.

If you have that many messages to be downloaded in that amount of time, it is
time to rethink your e-mail setup.
