Thanks for the help. I wasn't using the users full name at the mailbox
query first web sign-in. Ex: John Smith. This part is working fine now.
Do you happen to know how I let my external users (WAN) take advantage of
this new Access?
We do not host our own DNS here. I've tried pointing to every external
firebox ip but it simply does not work. We have proxied http here just to
give a little more info.

Denise- I have the exact same setup as you. I think you have to have the HTTP protocol enabled in order to let users connect to their email boxes. Give it a shot.

Hi All -
I just installed OWA. I can login as Admin but no one else. I've look at
most .doc's and modified permissions and the such. I'm running exchange 5.5
and IIS 4.0.
Has anyone seen this frustrating error?
