RE: FW: Deleted User wont go away

I had a similar problem on two different instances, with 2 different
solutions:

1st time: It was nickname file stored on the users' actual machine c:\docs
and settings\username\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook\*.NICK and *.NK2

2nd time: People running in cached exchange mode had an old copy of the
'offline address book' because it wasn't getting rebuilt. Rebuilt offline
address book and instructed them to resync.

Not saying that either of these are your problem, but it wouldn't hurt to
check.
