I'm trying to get a work-at-home employee into the Global Address List. I created a new user in Active Directory, but did not create an Exchange Account, instead I put their external email address on their property sheet. I then added them to an OU that I'd created earlier for distribution and included in the GAL. This person is not receiving any email when sending email out to the OU as a group. All internal recipients receive the mail.
Any suggestions?
