Open Windows Messenger and log in. Select "file" and "save contact list". Each user will need to do this, or if you do like I do, just make sure all the contacts are in your list, and export your list. I put the updated list in a share for everyone to import. Disclaimer: I use Livecommunication server, but ASSUME it works the same for and Exchange IM client.
