Mustafa, You can try to export all your contacts to a CSV file using Outlook. Then you can use the CSVDE command to import them into your AD. However, your CSV file will need a lot of tweaking and cleanup before the CSVDE can import them correctly. You should test try this in a test server environment before doing in production. If it is a small number of contacts, stick to manual method....
