With dynamic disks there is a way to expand by installing another drive and then there is someway to link it to a specific Folder/directory but since I would never run dynamic disks I have forgotten the specifics but it is possible. See if this link does not point you in the right direction. http://www.windowsitpro.com/Articles/Print.cfm?ArticleID=26699 thanks Bruce -----Original Message----- From: John Tolmachoff (Lists) [mailto:johnlist@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx] Sent: Thursday, May 26, 2005 4:02 PM To: [ExchangeList] Subject: [exchangelist] RE: Expanding C drive on Windows 2003 http://www.MSExchange.org/ Yes, it was the system partition that I needed to expand. I just checked Symantec's site and according to Document ID:2004078260471462 Volume Manager 2.0 does not support dynamic disks. So, likes like there is still no way to expand the system partition (generally C) if it is on a dynamic disk.
