[ExchangeList] Exmerge from 5.5 to SBS 2003

Hi All,
I will be doing a migration over the weekend from a Windows 2000
Domain with Exchange 5.5 to SBS 2003 (Exchange 2003). The domain only
has 10 users so I am removing Exchange 5.5 a starting upgrading the
domain to 2003. For Exchange migration my plan is as follows:
1) Full Backup
2) Using Exmerge v3.70 export all mailboxes to pst files
3) Uninstall Exchange 5.5 and remove org completely
4) Upgrade existing Windows 2000 domain to SBS 2003
5) Create users with same Exchange aliases
6) Import pst's into Exchange 2003 using current Exmerge.exe
Anything I have missed or pitfalls to watch (Permissions etc?)
especially in Exchange 5.5. Any help or suggestions greatly appreciated.
