Exmerge and the ignore list

Trying to run the latest Exmerge on an Ex 2003 server. It is failing with
the following error:
[21:56:46] Mailbox '/O=The Old Company
Name/OU=MLF_PDC/cn=Configuration/cn=Servers/cn=MAIL/cn=Microsoft System
Attendant' will be ignored as its DN contains strings in the ignore list
I am assuming that is because of the "_" in /OU-MLF_PDC. Is there any way
around that?
