I did this yesterday for a particular user's mailbox except I used Step 2. You may need to use Step 1 if you're importing to another exchange server. It really is straight forward. Just make sure you copy the xmerge.exe file into the exchsrvr\bin directory, run it, choose Step 1 and follow the prompts to have it create the .pst for you.
