There are cheap ones that use trusted CA's (that MS pre-populates), you just need to be careful with which free one you use. ________________________________ From: exchangelist-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:exchangelist-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of Thomas W Shinder Sent: Thursday, June 22, 2006 1:30 PM To: exchangelist@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: [ExchangeList] Re: [isalist] off topic about commercial certificates Hi Ara, The reason the expensive ones are expensive is because MS pre-populates the trusted CA list for those certs. The cheap ones are no better than ones you fry up yourself. Something is not right :-( has anyone had experience with their certificates? Does it give you the annoying warning like personal certificates? Is it compatible with mobile devices doing active sync over https? Appreciated
