Is the Sonicwall DMZ in standard mode or NAT'd? What firmware?

Does anyone use Exchange 2000 or 2003 in a DMZ behind a Sonicwall Pro 300?

I'm wondering, because I get the same Internal Server Error 500 on my new
front end/back end e2003 boxes as I did with 2000. I am getting suspicious
of the firewall with regards to http packets. I have been troubleshooting
this for a long time, and it happens a lot less on my new 2003
implementation.
