RE: Exchange2000 upgrade

What happens if you open that mailbox in OWA?

Your lookup is failing for some reason.  Have you double-checked the alias
name?  Have you tried using a fully-qualified DNS name for the server name?

Where is your GC in relation to the Exchange server?  Can it resolve the GC
name?  If you do a ?set¹ command on the Exchange box, did you log on
locally, or to that GC, or what?  How about on the client system?

Just spitballing a few ideas.
