Exchange with Message Screener behind ISA

After I install that ISA Server?s Message Screener on the Exchange Server
(to make the Exchange Server listen to the SMTP traffic on ISA) all
internal e-mails take about one minute to be delivered, which is
unacceptable (with the e-mail client launched on the Exchange Server
itself and the e-mail sent to yourself). The external e-mails also take
longer but that?s probably related to the internal e-mail. If I uninstall
that plug-in (the Message Screener) from Exchange, the delay problem
disappears but my external e-mail won?t work. I installed all the service
packs (Win2k SP2, Exchange SP3and ISA SP1). Any idea, anyone?
