Never backup or anti virus scan the M: drive on exchange.
Only backup C:, unless you have separate volume and even then be very careful
will cause problems.
As for button greyed out ensure license is install on backup server. And
exchange client is properly installed.

Hi guyz
Can anybody tell me why the exchange tab is grayed out on the Vertas manager
although the remote agent is loaded on the exchange server.
and the otherquestion is should the mailboxes(M:\) be backuped up directly or
it gets backed up when backuping the database?
