Hi all, I have an issue with my Exchange 2000. When I send a message to outside domain there is a lag...approximately 5-30 minutes before the recipients receives it. For example...we monitor our network and page our cell phones with text msgs when a branch server goes down...so receiving a message 30 minutes after the outage is not acceptable. I have tracked the message and this is what I get: 06/10/2004 8:46AM SMTP Store Driver: Message Submitted from Store 06/10/2004 8:46AM SMTP: Message Submitted to Advanced Queuing 06/10/2004 8:46AM SMTP: Started Message Submission to Advanced Queue 06/10/2004 8:46AM SMTP: Message Submitted to Categorizer 06/10/2004 9:08AM SMTP: Started Outbound Transfer of Message 06/10/2004 9:09AM SMTP: Message Transferred to XXX through SMTP As you can see it took 23 minutes to send the message. Any ideas what could be causing this...the only thing that has changed recently is a Windows 2000 SP4 install and critical updates.
