Oh boy, what an excellent answer. Fully describes what the exact problem is
and how your solution actually fixed it.

Sorry, but your solution makes absolutely no sense since thousands of
Exchange servers are running on either Windows 2000 Server with Terminal
Services in Admin mode enabled or Windows Server 2003 with Remote Desktop
enable with no such correlated problem.
