It is ok as long as you are aware of the limitations:

1 Mailbox Store
Size Limit on Mailbox Store (16Gb at present, 75Gb when SP2 is released)

                Hi,

I have a single Exchange 2003 with sp1. Now users from
specific department should not be able to relay mails to internet and
they should only be able to receive mails from specific domains. Rest of
them should able to send and receive anywhere. How can I achieve this?

                Regards

                Praveen R
