Just as Michael says, why do you want to do an offline defrag, if you have made loads of changes ie pst exports and or old account deletion then it would be worth it. But considering the size of you DB's it could well take a whole weekend. saying that tho if you do decide to proceed, you would need to have @ least 200GB to cover your defrag, dont worry you reclaim the space back once you have a successful defrag

Subject: [ExchangeList] Exchange offline defrag timeframe

Any idea how long and how much disk space I will need to offline defrag the following platform?

Server: Xeon 3.6Ghz, 4GB RAM, RAID 5 on 4 15K RPM SAS drives
Exchange Server 2003 SP2
Primary Storage Group = 90GB
Secondary Storage Group = 15GB

Thanks.
