Run the command

DSADIAG 1

From DOS. This will give you a list of the domain controllers and Global
Catalogue servers that the server is using. It will also give you the
more important ConfigDC. If there is a problem with the configDC then
use

DSABUDDY 4 \\servername to change it.

Check your DNS server and then verify that the GC and Config DC are
functioning correctly.

Hi all,

Our Exchange 2000 server locked up yesterday and had to be hard booted.
Since then it takes and extremely long time for outbound emails to
process. As a matter of fact some internal users are experiencing
problems sending emails to multiple internal recipients. When a track a
message it just says that it has reached the Advanced Queue.
