Exchange in multiple domains

Hi ALL,
I need to setup exchange in different domains, the scenerio is:
1. I have 1 domain abc.com in A location and another domain called
abcbl.comin B location.
2. I have setup pop3 connector on abc.com so that i can fetch mails frm
remote mailbox.
3. I have setup exchange in abcbl.com also.
Now the question how can i sychronise mailboxes between these domains so
that abc.com remains local to A location users
and abcbl.com remains local to B location users but both users will able to
log in to any domain???????
kindly suggest the possible solution.
