Exchange brick level backup - anyone?

I'm using Arcserve 2000. I've noticed the backup running significantly longer in the past three weeks then started looking over the logs. Below are the results of the backup today and two months ago??

This is from today:

Total Skips................... 0
Total Size (Disk)............. 273 KB
Total Size (DB)............... 4,803.04 MB
Total Size (Media)............ 4,808.31 MB
Elapsed Time.................. 5h 33m 41s
Average Throughput............ 14.40 MB/min

Totals For.................... Job
Total Sessions................ 1
Total Databases............... 73
Total Skips................... 0
Total Size (Disk)............. 273 KB
Total Size (DB)............... 4,803.04 MB

Hi All -

I'm running into issues with my brick level backup.  About a month
or so ago

it was taking about an hour and twenty minutes to backup my
Exchange server and now it's taking about 5 hours and thirty three minutes. Has anyone heard of this??
