Exchange and Windows 2000 DC

Good Morning,
Are there any known issues with installing Exchange 2000 on a Windows 2000
DC, such as LDAP port conflicts, etc.? I know microsoft doesn't recommend
this, but I work in a small shop with a single DC. The old Winnt 4.0 PDC
exchange 5.5 is currently running on is not beefy enough to run Windows
2000, and will be turned into a McAfee Webshield SMTP server, and will be
used as a relay for the new exchange server, after I move all of the
mailboxes and public folders.
