Nope, I'd be stunned to find out otherwise...

Subject: [exchangelist] Exchange System Manager on NT 4.0 Workstation

Is it possible to install the Exchange System Manager on a NT 4.0
Workstation SP6a with all rollups and patches?

A client has a NT 4.0 Workstation that has a hard drive in it for
archiving PST files, and the idea was to install C2C systems Active
Folders on there to do searches instead of across the network, but
Active Folders Admin requires the Exchange System Manager.

Exchange is 2000 SP3.
