Exchange Server Monitoring

Does anyone have any experience with ServScan for Exchange 2000?  I just
looked at the details on http://www.omnitrend.com/servscan/ServScan.html

This looks really neat.  I've got one collegue that is running it and
loves it.  I'm just looking for more input.

I really want to monitor for problems and have issues forwarded to my cell
phone via text messaging.  ServScan appears to do this.  Anyone using it
for that purpose?
