Exchange Server

After the recovery from Offline backup of Exchange 5.0 at NT4.0 (SP 5), When
I try to run the follwoing command
edbutil /d/r /ispriv td:\tempdfrg.edb
I receive the following error:
Operation terminated with error -550.
Any suggestions please. This is a case of emergency.....
