Raj,

Where do we draw the line, then?

In my opinion, if someone has an Exchange related problem, they should
follow these basic guidelines in the pursuit to find their answer or
the solution to their problem:

1) Use one of your favourite Internet search engines to search for the
error message you are receiving. Google, MSN Search, Soople, etc.

2) Search www.eventid.net

3) Search support.microsoft.com

4) Search msexchange.org

5) If you have not found your answer by now and have done your
homework (steps 1-4), then I believe it would be best to post your
question to msexchange.org mailing list and inform the recipients what
you have done to attempt to resolve the problem.

I would like to say that this is just my opinion, and that I could be
wrong, but the fundamentals of the aforementioned process of
troubleshooting are pretty standard in the IT world.

...D
