Trouble is when I do that all the appointments are an hour out.

And they have thousands of them.

In addition to ensuring the servers and clients are all set to daylight
savings, make sure that the Outlook calendar options have the setting
checked as well.

Subject: Spam:[exchangelist] Exchange - Daylight Saving and Calendar

Hi All

We have taken over a site. Server NT4 and Exchange 5.5.

The server is not set to daylight saving nor or the client computers.

When sending and receiving external emails they appear to be an hour
out.

Chnaging to daylight saving corrects the email time but changes all the
appointments in the calendars by an hour.

They have around 20 shared calendars with appointments booked in for the
next 12 months.

Any suggestions?

Many thanks for your help.
