As long as you don't attempt to name the servers the same thing then -
normally yes.
There are corner cases when you don't want to do this.

I am setting up an Exchange Two Node Cluster in my existing environment
where Two node A/P is already installed.I want this new Installation on
testing basis and not live.
Is it safe to perform this task when already a production server of same
configuration and snenario is already in place?Please suggest.
