Actually, not so much as I would've expected myself.
 
Exchange already accepts email for all addresses in the domains it
hosts, it generally just gets bounced/badmailed/dropped on the floor
(depending on various versions and configuration options).
 
I do this for several dozen domains.

You do not want to do this.

 

There are a lot of dictionary type of spam storms today, whereby they
send to every address possible in an attempt to get their filth to you.

 

Doing this would flood your server with spam.
