Exchange Best practice analyser[Scanned]

Afternoon All,
I've been having a look at the exchange best practices analyser. It is
giving me a result of "VSAPI low thread count" I followed the link to
this article

Current config
Email Server
Exchange 2003 SP1
Windows 2003
SMTP Gateway (controls all incoming / outgoing emails)
Windows 2003
Sophos Anti Spam / Virus software
Would I need to enable this setting? As I can't seem to find anything
that advises on this
