RE: Exchange 5.5 restore from disaster

I get the following error message when I run the integrity checker:
The private store could not be updated. Reason: JET_errFileAccessDenied

Do I need to have the logs in order to recover?
Is anybody familiar with the above error message?

computer name shold be the same as of disaster
install exchange server with service pack
In Exchsrvr their is folder mdbdata
restore the files *.edb in mdbdata folder
Organistaion name shold be same
