Check the routing address in SMTP properties on the Address Space tab of
Internet Mail Service.

Exchage 5.5, about a month or so, began to report errors "email address
not found" of recipients who have good adrresses and used to receive email
from the same email server a few months ago? Here is what I get:
The recipient name is not recognized
The MTS-ID of the original message is: c=us;a= ;p=builderdepot
inc;l=CYBERMAIL0205270556LM6WZSLL
Another error sample:
