Thanks for the pointer, remote registry service was stopped and disabled. Starting it fixed the problem. Now I hae a new question, I successfully installed Exchange 5.5 and ran the optimizer OK, I checked and everything seems ok execpt I don't have the Internet mail connector in my connections list how do I add it???
