Well, as I said before you cannot have Exchange 2000 or Exchange 5.5
installed on a Windows 2003 Server, so you will need to leave it running on
your Windows 2000 server.

You can however have Exchange 2000 running on a Windows 2000 Member Server
that is part of a Windows 2003 Domain, as long as you are running Exchange
2000 SP3.

Microsoft have no plans to support Exchange 2000 or Exchange 5.5 on a
Windows 2003 Server.

The configuration is this: Windows 2000 SP3 Domain Controller (mixed mode
domain), with Exchange 5.5 Server SP3 actually in use -of course Exchange
is using their own directory).
