Hi Manoj,

your setup is quite intersting...to achieve whatever u have mentioned in ur 
post first of all u have to desgin n implement ur active directory. once your 
active directory is in place then u can implement the scenario.

Hi Vijay,
I have different situation........
We have 13 winnt locations and each is running with different domains with pdc 
and bdc in it...we have single msexchnage organisation...mails are poped from a 
outside server with mailer damon software and distributed to users through 
exchange 5.5 now i want to migrate to win2k and e2k with local authenication of 
users on their sites and the mailboxes will be on 2 central sites...i want to 
eliminate the use of mailer demon software also so that outside mailes should 
directly landed to e2k server....can you suggest the way..how to proceed....
