Exchange 5.5 Archiving Problem

I am currently running Exchange 5.5 Server with Service pack 4. Whenever
users try and archive there mail they get the following error:
"Error while archiving folder "Inbox" in store "Mailbox - Fred Flinstone".
Some items could not be copied. They were either moved or deleted, or access
was denied.
This also seems to be affecting offline email access as well. I am an
Exchange 2000 person, I don't know a whole lot about troubleshooting
Exchange 5.5. Please help! Thanks!
